Tree Tuesday – Winter tree in white
It was a beautiful day, the snow sparkled in the mild sunlight that came through the cold mist.
Heavy rime on the trees. -20 Degrees Celsius. It was so cold that his fingers refused to function after just a minute outside the gloves.
So it was not so many pictures that day, but the light is beautiful, isn’t it?
Enjoy, and Happy Tree Tuesday!! 🙂

Thank you very much Evelyn, and Happy Tree Tuesday to you too! 🙂
Beautiful!
Thank you! 🙂
Gorgeous photo.
Thanks a lot! 🙂
Wow! Marie, you have produced a real feast for the eyes to look at your beautiful images and to take in the winter splendour.
Thank you very much James! Happy you like them. It was so incredibly cold, but the cold also made this fantastic light, and is was cold mist ( is that the right word?) here and there too. The sun is standing so low so the days are quite short…. Now it s just snowing again…. I’m drowning in snow soon…..
Thanks again for your kind words! 🙂
BEAUTIFUL PHOTO!
BE ENCOURAGED! BE BLESSED!
Thank you very much! 🙂
Beautiful. I’m envious of all that snow!
Hehe, you just think you are…. Beautiful, yes, but a minor war to handle…. But it is much much more than usual this year. Even my border collie thinks it’s more than enough right now, he can’t go where he want to and that makes him really grumpy….
Glad you like my images, thanks! 🙂
When you can take pictures like that you don’t need to take many. Another world – you took me to another world where ice sparkles like crystals and the earth is still and quiet.
Your very kind words makes me happy and proud, thank you.
And I can see that I ought to be thankful for the snow and not just grumble about it…. 😉
Thank you for that too!
Wonderful light you played with here ! And your framings are excellent.
Thank you very much Pierre! 🙂
-20 Degrees Celsius is mighty cold, I don’t blame you for not staying out to long with the camera that day. That tree sure looks good in its winter coat though doesn’t it? Happy Tree Tuesday!
Thanks a lot Jeff! Yes, the trees are beautiful now, I hope it will last a bit longer, I haven’t really had time enough to take enough photographs yet….
Gorgeous photos! Reminds me of growing up in New Hampshire where it would sometimes get -30 degrees Fahrenheit.
Thank you very much! 🙂
Very lovely. Such wonderful light and soft colour.
Thank you very much! 🙂
Very nice shot. It almost has a mild sepia look to it which makes the tree really stand out by itself.
-20 degree C wow that’s pretty cold. People over here in Florida start whining at +28 degrees C. and won’t leave their house. They don’t know how good they have it.
Very nice Tree Tuesday to you.
Marks
Hehe, I start whining at +28 degrees C too, because it is beginning to be to hot! 😀
Thank you very much for your kind words Marks.
So lovely!!

Thank you Christy! 🙂
Beautiful! What processor do you use for C41 process? I have Jobo Cpp2. I tried E6, but not C41. You use tetenal as I understand. Well done!
Very very sorry for the late answer, I totally missed it…
I use a Paterson tank and Tetenal chemicals. Can’t go wrong… 🙂
Thank you!!
This is incredible!
Thank you very much! 🙂
I have been going through your Tuesdays…These pictures are so beautiful….Cold was horrible, I am sure, but the light,,,So pristine, wonderful and pinkish,,,,You were a brave woman,,,And this was the present from Mother Nature…
BTW : Every Tuesday is a Tree Tuesday?
Thank you very much! I’m happy you like them! Yes, the cold was horrible, I was actually afraid to stop the engine of my car, I was afraid it wouldn’t start again, so it went on and on when I was photographing… My dogs refused to leave the car too… 😉
Every Tuesday, if you want it to be, it is up to you, no obligation. 🙂
Thanks a lot Marie…Good night!
Good night to you too! 🙂
