These days, when it’s raining and blowing and the beautiful autumn colors have not really presented themselves, I nevertheless found some pleasing spots of late summer beauty, colors and shapes reminiscent of the summer that never really came to Sweden.

Well, I hope at least that they will spread their joy and warmth to all of us.

Well, this one maybe is not that summery, but I think it is kinda cute, anyway… 😉

Not only is it technically excellent but this also puts me in a good mood because time slows down when looking at these flowers.
… slow down and remain in the summer sunshine….. 🙂
THANK you Steve!
Wow!
Beautiful shots! Have a great day! 🙂
I love the angle of your shots 🙂 The colours of the flowers are warm, enticing and just beautiful. 🙂
Thank you Sarah!
I just love to show their magnificence and beauty, to really see them……
whow.
that simply blew me away. I’m usually not that much a flower photo guy, but these are stunning.
Thank you, that is a very nice compliment! 🙂
But, who can resist the beauty of nature, captured with Fuji Astia? 😉
You should join us on Google Plus and share your work (if you haven’t already 🙂
I was so daring and posted a link to your blog there :):)
Thank you for the link, most appreciated! 🙂
Oh, I wish I could…. But I already have to many places on the web… Flickr, 500px, Lomography, and all I have time for is this blog, the other places are right now my very bad conscience….. I love all of them, but just haven’t got the time, so I don’t dare to open one more account….. Sorry… But THANK you for asking me!!! 🙂
You’re welcome 🙂
I hope you don’t mind if I share a link there now and then if I see something that I love 🙂
Absolutely not, on the contrary! Thank you! 🙂
Have a nice day!
Beautiful, really beautiful. The weather in Sweden sounds similar to here in the UK (i.e not very nice) and these pictures have brightened up my day. Thank You!
Thank you very much John!
Yes, that works for me too….
I was wearing GLOVES today, walking my dogs, in September!! Don’t think I’ve ever done that before…. So I just needed some little light and summer warmth, and and I figured I probably was not the only one.
You were right.
These photos are gorgeous – so delicate & dreamy!
Thank you very much! 🙂
Beautiful!
Marie, your flower images are always so breathtaking! The pink & orange against purple (3rd from bottom) is exquisite.
Thank you! Yes, I like that one too. And all of them are unedited, just some dust removal and cropping to regain their original proportions.
Have a nice day!
Beautiful!!
What can i say to these? They all are so utterly beautiful! The colors are… sublime in all their profoundness. You captured the soul of these flowers on your film. Breathtaking.
Thank you!! You know, I find it so meditative to photograph these flowers, it’s so soothing and relaxing, pure medicine 🙂
Beautiful photos, amazing colors…No words can make justice and translate my feelings when looking at them…extraordinary!
Thank you! 🙂
It takes a great deal of spiritual bravery to seek out and honor fading beauty…both saying good-bye (for now) and allowing yourself to lovingly embrace it. You have succeeded in this with your lovely images. Thank you!
You know, I think that’s one of the nicest compliments I ever received, and I am sincerely touched.
Thousands and thousands of huge THANK YOU dear Cindy!
Now this is how to take photos of flowers, superb! Vibrant, strong, gentle and beautiful images
again, another great sets of macro photos from you Marie 🙂
So vibrant, superb as always!
Thank you very much! 🙂
