Lingering beauties from the summer that never was

These days, when it’s raining and blowing and the beautiful autumn colors have not really presented themselves, I nevertheless found some pleasing spots of late summer beauty, colors and shapes reminiscent of the summer that never really came to Sweden.

Well, I hope at least that they will spread their joy and warmth to all of us.

Well, this one maybe is not that summery, but I think it is kinda cute, anyway…  😉

        • Thank you for the link, most appreciated! 🙂
Oh, I wish I could…. But I already have to many places on the web… Flickr, 500px, Lomography, and all I have time for is this blog, the other places are right now my very bad conscience….. I love all of them, but just haven’t got the time, so I don’t dare to open one more account….. Sorry… But THANK you for asking me!!! 🙂

  1. Beautiful, really beautiful. The weather in Sweden sounds similar to here in the UK (i.e not very nice) and these pictures have brightened up my day. Thank You!

  2. What can i say to these? They all are so utterly beautiful! The colors are… sublime in all their profoundness. You captured the soul of these flowers on your film. Breathtaking.

  3. It takes a great deal of spiritual bravery to seek out and honor fading beauty…both saying good-bye (for now) and allowing yourself to lovingly embrace it. You have succeeded in this with your lovely images. Thank you!

Please, share your thoughts
