I’m very honored to be invited to participate in an inspiration challenge with Film Shooters Collective. The challenge was to be inspired of, and swap styles with another member, and I was appointed to work together with the incredible artist Nils Karlson.

It was far more difficult and also rewarding than I had thought.

Summer sweets

You may wonder why I photograph this kind of images in black and white, when they could have been so much more intense in colour? Well, I think that black and white leave so much more to our imagination. My intention is to create a feeling, not so much an image.

Sound strange? Yeah, it possibly is…. But I do have a strong intention to take them further in my darkroom, and hopefully create some lith copies, I think they would look awesome in lith.

Until then, I hope you’ll enjoy them in plain black and white 🙂
