Where two seas collide
A little over a month ago, my husband and I made a short trip over to Denmark, to Denmarks northmost landarea (exluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland)
where two seas, Skagerak (part of the North Sea) and Kattegatt collide over a long sandbar.
It´s a very special place to visit, and the light is spectacular. We didn’t have much time, so I wish I could show you more images, but that will have to be from my next visit to Skagens Gren, because I’m not ready photographing there. No way!
If you look closely on the second image, you can see the two seas collide.
Until next time, enjoy:-)
These are beautiful, Marie! The pinhole images are so moody. I’m just beginning to experiment with my Ondu pinhole but have nothing as lovely as this ❤
Thank you very much!
Pinhole photography is wonderful, for me it’s so much about feelings, both in the images and when I’m photographing.
I’ve seen fantastic results done with the Ondu, so don’t give up, they’ll come to you 😊
It works well, Marie. It looks great!
Godt nytt år!
Thanks a lot Dina!
Gott Nytt År till dig också 😀
Beautiful, Marie…love this very much…and a place that I know too…it has a special place in my heart too…wonderful to return by your eyes!! (…smiling so much…)
Thank you very much Kari. Yes, it’s a fantastic place, and I wish we could have stayed for a couple of more days…
But it’s also great to long to return 😉
Hi Marie
Skagen is great, it´s also the point where the north and east sea meet each other. And the best thing is you can see it. I´ve been there a long time ago, but I still remember the sunny day in late spring, when we had a couple of beers between the old WWII bunkers.
Thanks for the great pics
Greets Peter
Thanks a lot Peter!
In my second image you can see the two seas colliding. We saw the bunkers so I can imagine you and your friends sitting there drinking beer in the sunshine 😄
Beautiful!
Thank you 😊
fantastic series !
Thank you very much Victor 😊
