An afternoon in Central Park

In May I visited beautiful New York with my two sons and my daughter in law. What a fantastic city!

We spent a long weekend in Manhattan.

I haven’t scanned all my films yet…

So I do not really know where to begin, but I sure know one thing; I want to go back again!

These are from a bright and sunny Sunday afternoon in Central Park, May 2013.

Enjoy!

  1. I really like the juxtaposition of green and ‘skyscrapers’. I know what you mean about wanting to go back – I’ve felt the same since my one visit more than 30 years ago now. But almost all my photography was at night, on a Minox 35 loaded with Kodachrome – unfortunately all lost long ago.

    • Thank you! Yes, this city really took my breath, it is truly fantastic.
So sad about all your Kodachromes. You’ll have to go back and renew them! 🙂

    • Thanks a lot Jana!
Yes, Central Park…. I Think it takes a week to see it all, at least..
I will definitely post more, as soon as I have had time to finish my scanning… 😉
