I was walking with my dogs in the forest very near my home. We use to go there several times per week, so sometime there is hard to “see” anything too photograph, every scene is so well known…. Can’t see the forest for all the trees… 😉
I learned a long long time ago, to do the “stub-trick”. When you can’t see anything, take a moment to sit down on a stub or a stone or something, and just wait, just let the image come to you. So I did, well not sit down, but I stand still and waited. It was a gloomy day in late November. Colours were gone, the faded sunrays almost did not reach into the forest, it stands really really low these days. But suddenly when I stood there waiting, I saw that it glittered in a little puddle of water, and there I found this image. Maybe not the greatest, but a real finding for that day. And also a feeling of joy that it can be so very beautiful in the smallest things, in the details we sometimes do not take the time to see.
Enjoy, and have a serene day! 🙂
Finally I have done it! I had a hard time to choose how to sort, which images to take, and which ones not to take …
But nothing is set in stone, I will often remove, replace and add.
Welcome in and see how it turned out!
Enjoy! 🙂
Please feel welcome to take a trip and stroll around the galleries

Impressionistic and abstract gallery
Soon, in just a couple of weeks, we will have our absolute darkest period here in Sweden. So, what is there to do about it?
Light a candle, lit many candles!
Or maybe enjoy the warmth of the color from an Echinacea from last summer ….
Enjoy, and have a wonderful winter Sunday! 🙂
